Job Title: Market Access ManagerLocation - DublinCompetitive Salary & BenefitsAre you ready to lead the charge in securing national reimbursement for AstraZeneca medicines in Ireland? As a Market Access Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of price and reimbursement strategies, working closely with Market Access and cross-functional teams. Your role is pivotal in navigating Ireland's reimbursement process to ensure our innovative medicines reach patients in need.AccountabilitiesSupport/Lead the delivery of HTA submission, including:Support the HTA strategy development with the cross-functional team.Research prior appraisals to gain understanding of relevant considerations.Ensure appropriate HE, SLR, RWE deliverables.Tailor final deliverables to meet NCPE HTA requirements including rapid review dossier, Budget Impact Models, Cost-Effectiveness Models, and the final full HTA dossier.Manage input from the cross-functional team of Ireland MC, external vendor personnel, and global collaborators.Collaborate closely with external vendors, global and Ireland MC collaborators to meet HTA evidence requirements.Provide high-quality responses to technical assessor questions.Support Irish pricing strategy for launch/in-line brands in line with existing global frameworks.Represent AstraZeneca to a high standard at price negotiation meetings.Support/Lead the delivery of strategic and operational market access plans for brands, including pricing and access strategy.Maintain knowledge and understanding of patient access and the Irish healthcare environment.Delivery of annual Horizon Scan and Price Realignment for public and private payers.Develop strong brand and therapy area knowledge to give effective support to Franchise teams.Work within the cross-functional teams, contribute to the strategic and operational planning process.Essential Skills/ExperienceScientific or Health Economics or related Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience may be consideredMore than 3 years market access experienceExperience of HTA submissions in the pharmaceutical industryAbility to develop cost-utility analysis and budget impact modelsLeadership and influencing skillsProven ability to understand, assimilate and communicate scientific informationDemonstrable record of collaborative working, and personal delivery to agreed timelinesExcellent understanding of the Irish Healthcare landscapeEvidence of leading cross-functional project teamsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written skillsDesirable Skills/ExperiencePost Graduate qualification in Health Economics or a related fieldExperience of upskilling internal colleaguesExperience of managing external suppliersExperience of HTA submissions in IrelandAt AstraZeneca, we are driven by a research-focused approach that ensures our pipeline is accessible to patients.
